We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on The Next Chapter Academy course. If the course isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date — no explanation required.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us through the support option in your account using the email address you paid with. We'll confirm and issue it — refunds are returned through Stripe to your original payment method.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your course access ends when the refund is issued.

After 14 days

Outside the 14-day window we'll still review requests case by case — for example duplicate charges or a technical problem that prevented you from using the course. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
